First impressions are everything! Participants will receive useful information for perspective new patients calling upon their practice. Attention to details regarding their first moments in your practice will give patients the confidence needed to receive care. Course objectives will include: verbal skills in communicating with new patients; organization techniques; and staff's role in the "New Patient Experience".
Dr. Sallustio has been practicing prosthodontics and maxillofacial prosthetics in central and northern New Jersey for the past 12 years. He devotes his professional time to private practice, hospital based dentistry, and dental education.
